Check Balance of your Singara Chennai Card

Balance at SBI ATM

1. Go to any SBI ATM and feed your card into the ATM slot.
2. Enter your PIN when asked for.
3. Choose the ‘Balance Enquiry’ option to check your current balance.
4. If required, you may also choose the ‘Mini Statement’ option to check recent transactions in your card.

Checking Host (Retail) Balance online

1. Go to transit.sbi or open CMRL App.
2. Log in via your registered mobile number and card number to see your Host (Retail) balance online.

Checking Host and Global Balance at Metro Premises

1. Host (Retail) and Global (Transit) balances can be checked at Metro stations.
2. Make a balance check at any Ticket Office Machine (TOM) or EFO (Employee-Facilitated Office) counter within Metro premises.
3. This facilitates easy checking of your card balance, either at an ATM, online, or at Metro stations.
